When you remodel Do you make money?

Here is a project that began in November, 2009. This house was a foreclosure. It must have had 50 cats and dogs living in the home. It was quite aromatic. So here is a photo shoot of the results from the beginning to current level. The photos will change as the home reaches completion. which should be in about 30 days. I hope you find the information useful. As you go through the slide show you will notice that we have added a sunroom, 1/2 bath, and a bonus or recreation room. The garage was turned into a recreation/office room. The sun room /porch was made into a year round Den/Office/family room. The view of course is why the home is such a nice place. The question will be will we make money when we sell it? That will depend on several factors. I will discuss this in the next blog. As you watch the photos I noticed they go backwards.
